Cardiac and Pulmonary classes are designed to assist the patient to meet their healthy lifestyle goals and improve their quality of life. The classes provide medically supervised exercise and education which include diet, weight loss, cardiac and pulmonary health, medications, tobacco cessation, breathing techniques, oxygen use and stress management skills.
