The Health Information Management Department is a patient care support service for Houlton Regional Hospital. The department’s purpose is to provide timely availability of patient information for continuing care, financial requirements and hospital planning.
Department hours: 8 am – 4:30 pm, Monday thru Friday except for hospital approved holidays

The Health Information Department (Medical Records) is asking for requests for health information be made by telephone by calling the department at (207)521-2212. The HIM department staff will process and mail the requested information to the requestor maintaining HIPAA Privacy Standards. For any requests unable to be processed, the caller will be provided with an explanation and further instructions.
