Houlton Regional Hospital (HRH) is here to assist you in answering billing and insurance questions. We have customer service available to you in our Patient Financial Services department Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Financial Assistance

We are also able to help you with questions or applying for our Financial Assistance programs. Information can be found using the links below, calling (207) 521-2619, or asking at any HRH Registration location or the HRH Cashier’s Office. No one will be denied access to services due to an inability to pay. There is a discounted/sliding fee schedule available based on family size and income.

Our Payment Options

There is a payment drop off box located outside the main hospital entrance.

For in-person payments, questions on account balances, payment arrangements, or Financial Assistance, patients may see the Patient Financial Counselor (door #7 located next to Medical Records) between the hours of 8:30-4:00.

Payments can also be made over the phone, by mail, or online bill pay.
